Will Journey On Travel Suit Me?

We are destination and experience experts and operate on a consultation basis by telephone, zoom and in person if able and operate select events during the year. We work closely with you to ensure we have enough information to plan your dream holiday.

The packages listed on our website are from prices and may fluctuate due to  availability, airline taxes and fare price changes – we do not charge a planning fee to quote the packages as they are. Should you wish to tailor the packages, we can organise this – from removing airfares if you wish to use points or other travel arrangements, and we can extend the packages.

If you would like a personally tailored holiday, our itinerary planning fee starts at $250 – this fee is subject to the complexity of the itinerary and the time required to source the arrangements. This payment is held in trust on your own unique file and used as credit towards your holiday. Should you wish to take this plan and organise the arrangements yourself, you are able to do so and in this instance, your payment is non-refundable.

We’ve never had anyone take this option and our existing customers prefer us to book their holiday arrangements and manage the entire journey. Which is great for you as we are the only people you will need to contact, you leave the hard work to us.
