It’s also home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests, which you can see on morning and afternoon game drives today.
A premier location for wildlife photography and bird watching, with over 400 bird species recorded, the park’s ecosystem is mainly sustained by the meltwater from Mount Kilimanjaro, feeding its swamps, which attract water birds and sustain the wildlife during dry periods.
